First, try replacing the batteries – you'd be surprised how often that's the issue! If that doesn't work, reset the remote by removing the batteries, unplugging the Roku device, then plugging it back in and reinserting the batteries. Quick restart for all involved!

Pro tip: Sometimes you just need to turn it off and on. Unplug your Roku device, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Easy peasy!

You can also try re-pairing the remote. Remove the batteries, press and hold the pairing button near the battery compartment, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect.

Good luck! An old tech support line: 'You could always try yelling at it!' (Joking, or maybe not?)
