Nope, you can't just fly anywhere in Rec Room. It depends on the room's settings or if you're in creator mode. So, look for those special rooms or make your own!
Flying in Rec Room isn't a default ability for all game modes, but you can experience flying in custom rooms where the creator has enabled 'flying' abilities for players. To fly in such rooms, usually, you need to press or hold the jump button while in-game. Also, in creation mode, when building or editing your own room, you can enable flying for yourself to easily move around and place objects by opening your watch menu, going to 'This Room', selecting 'Roles', then customizing the settings for the role you're in to allow flying.
