Just contact their customer service. I had to do that once and they were super quick in resolving the issue and processing my refund.
Getting a refund on Temu is pretty straightforward! Just go to 'My Orders', select the item you want to return, and follow the prompts for the return process. You'll usually need to send the item back, and once it's received, the refund will be processed. Easy peasy!
