Unfortunately, you can't get a teenager pregnant in The Sims FreePlay. The game only allows adult Sims to have babies.

The Sims FreePlay restricts pregnancy to adult Sims only. Teens can do a lot, but babies aren't one of them!

Teen pregnancy just isn't a feature in The Sims FreePlay. You can only have adult Sims get pregnant and have kids.
