To get Amps, head over to Cetus or Fortuna and visit the Quills or Vox Solaris. They have all the amp parts you need, and you can build and customize them to suit your playstyle!
Farm Eidolon shards and Sentient cores. Trade them with the Quills or Vox Solaris for Amp parts. Build and upgrade in your operator menu. Done!
