You can find these two-headed cows wandering around the wasteland, but if you're looking to keep some at your camp for a steady supply of milk (and who wouldn't want that?), you'll need to use the 'C.A.M.P.' system. Just build a 'Brahmin pen' using the resources you've collected. This will attract Brahmin to your camp and keep them there. Remember, you might need to defend them from the occasional hungry creature!
