I've been hanging out with Chop a lot in my own gameplay. Best method? Make sure you're playing as Franklin, go up to Chop, and the game will guide you. Also, taking him on walks and playing fetch makes him more responsive. The iFruit app does add a nice touch, letting you take care of him outside of game time, making him even more loyal in-game.
Getting Chop to follow you in GTA is pretty simple! First, you gotta make sure you're playing GTA 5, since that's where our furry friend Chop lives. Once you're in the game, navigate to Franklin's house where Chop hangs out. Approach Chop, and you'll see a prompt to interact with him.
