Easy peasy! Find a Thermia Fractures event on Orb Vallis and beat up some Coolant Raknoids to grab those Coolant Canisters.
You'll need to get Coolant Canisters by defeating Coolant Raknoids during the Exploiter Orb fight or Thermia Fractures event on Orb Vallis. Boop 'em, loot 'em, profit.
Just play Thermia Fractures for Coolant Canisters. That's the only way. No shortcuts, sorry!
