If you want that true Super Saiyan look, stock up on some high-hold gel, hairspray, and maybe even a wig. Trust me; wigs work wonders and save the hassle.
Step 1: Watch Dragon Ball. Step 2: Show a pic of Goku to your barber. Step 3: Prepare for an epic transformation!
I tried this once. Bleached my hair, used gorilla-strength gel, and still couldn't get it right. Just go cosplay wig, you'll thank me later.
