Try using the 'Headless Head' item during Halloween events. It makes your entire head disappear, giving a faceless appearance!
Just change your avatar's face to the blank 'default' face, then use skins or accessories to hide it!
You can always try the 'invisible head' trick using some layered clothing and accessories to cover your face entirely. I do this all the time!
Honestly, faceless avatars are overrated. Just get a cool mask.
