Just finished farming Garuda. Make sure to get the main blueprint from Vox Solaris, then do bounties on Orb Vallis for her parts. Good luck!
You can buy Garuda directly from the Warframe Market for Platinum if you're not into grinding bounties.
You can acquire Garuda's main blueprint by completing the Vox Solaris quest. Her components can be farmed through Orb Vallis bounties. It's a grind, but worth it!
