To get the giant mining machine, also known as the Excavator Power Armor, working in Fallout 76, you first gotta complete the 'Miner Miracles' quest. You can start this quest by heading over to the Garrahan Mining Headquarters in the southern part of the map. Be prepared; you'll need to be at least level 25 to start the quest. Once you've got all the materials and plans, craft the armor at a Power Armor Station. Voila, your very own walking, mining machine!

Honestly, why bother with the Excavator Power Armor? Just explore and enjoy the game without worrying about grinding for materials.

Lemme give it to you straight - just craft it, dude. After the 'Miner Miracles' quest, gather materials, find a Power Armor station, and boom, done.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
