To get Grendel, you need to complete the Grendel missions which you unlock by purchasing Grendel Locators from the Arbitration Honors vendor in the Arbiters of Hexis enclave on any Relay. Each locator opens a specific mission where you can earn parts of Grendel!
Just buy Grendel with Platinum. It's the quickest way if you've got the cash.
Pro-tip: Bring a good squad and prepare for some tough fights! The Grendel missions are no joke.
