Just mine Hellstone in the Underworld and smelt it with Obsidian. You NEED a Hellforge, though. Can't do it without one.

Getting Hellstone Bars in Terraria is an adventure on its own! First up, you need to gear up with a decent pickaxe; anything less than a Nightmare Pickaxe or a Deathbringer Pickaxe won't scratch Hellstone. Then, dive into the Underworld and start mining Hellstone. Oh, and don't forget to bring an Obsidian Skin Potion to protect yourself from the lava! After you mine Hellstone, mix it with Obsidian at a Hellforge to craft Hellstone Bars. You can typically find Hellforges in the Underworld, often in the Ruined Houses.

Honestly, just find someone to trade with. Mining Hellstone is a pain because of the lava. Plus, you need to fight off all those Underworld creatures.
