Iron nuggets, the cornerstone of crafting in Animal Crossing! You can get these shiny little essentials by whacking rocks with either a shovel or an axe. Here's the trick though: don't eat any fruit before doing this! If you do, you'll smash the rock instead of getting those precious nuggets. Each rock on your island can spit out resources once a day, so make sure to hit all of them. Also, if you've got a Nook Miles Ticket, jet off to a mystery island where you can find more rocks and, consequently, more iron nuggets!

Just hit rocks lol

Gotta disagree with everyone saying to just hit rocks. Don't forget that you can also get iron nuggets from balloons! Sure, it's not as reliable as rock-hitting, but keep an eye on the sky. You might get lucky with a balloon carrying a few iron nuggets. Plus, it's a good way to mix up your nugget hunt.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
