Just right-click the photo and choose 'Save image as...' if you're on a computer. On mobile, tap and hold the pic then select 'Download' or 'Save Image'.
Open the photo you want, click the options (three dots) on the top right corner, and select 'Download'. Boom, it's on your device!
I'm in the habit of using the 'Download Your Information' feature for bulk downloads. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Your Facebook Information and select 'Download Your Information'. Voila, all your pics in one swoop!
You just need to open the picture, click the three dots, and hit download. Easy as pie!
