Keep your character’s Smarts stat high throughout their life by reading books and visiting the library often. Get good grades, pursue higher education, and become a doctor, lawyer, or professor.
Just read a lot of books and study hard. Super simple!
I've done it by making sure I max out the Smarts bar from a young age and constantly studying. Remember to also choose a job that requires a high level of education!
