To get the D50 in The Division 2, you need to find a High-End D50 pistol and then have the blueprint for the exotic weapon 'Liberty'. You'll get the blueprint after completing the Capitol Building Stronghold mission. Crafting it requires some specific parts, which are obtained from other named weapons.

You gotta find a High-End D50 first, which drops randomly. Then, you need the Liberty Exotic blueprint, which you'll get from the Capitol Building Stronghold mission. Collect some required parts from named weapons, and you'll be good to craft it!

Just get lucky with a High-End D50 drop, and then complete the Capitol Building Stronghold to get the Liberty blueprint. Good luck crafting!
