Honestly, you just need to slaughter everything you see and don鈥檛 let any enemy survive. It鈥檚 as simple as that.
I did the Genocide run last year! Make sure you walk around each area until no enemies appear in random encounters anymore, then proceed to destroy all the bosses. It's brutal but worth it for the story twist.
