To get the Ghoul race, you need to talk to Experimic on the Cursed Ship after reaching level 1000. He'll ask for 100 ectoplasm and a Hellfire torch, which you can get from the ship’s NPCs and bosses!
Don’t bother with the Ghoul race. Just stick with what you have!
Personal experience here – it was a grind, but worth it! Hit level 1000, farm ectoplasm on the Cursed Ship, snag a Hellfire torch, and chat up Experimic. Ghoul race unlocked!
