You typically get that by finding and using life crystals that increase your health. Once you meet these criteria, the Nurse will show up and offer her healing services, which are super useful after a rough battle or when prepping for a boss fight.

Honestly, getting the Nurse is overrated unless you're prepping for a boss battle. Otherwise, just save your coins and use potions.
Just beef up ur health over 100HP and have an empty house. Nurse will come running to move in lol.
