First, you gotta be at least level 200. Then, complete the 'Shanks Quest' from the Jungle island. Collect relics by defeating specific bosses - keep at it, and the Saber Sword will be yours!

You need to be level 200 and then solve the puzzles on Jungle island. Look for the buttons on the ground and talk to the rich man NPC. It's not too hard, but patience is key!
