How do you get the True Genocide ending in Undertale?
To get the True Genocide ending, you pretty much have to kill everything in sight! Start by attacking every monster you encounter. Eventually, even random battles will stop happening, and you’ll see the 'But nobody came.' message. Make sure you clear each area of all monsters before moving on. Be ruthless!

For the True Genocide ending, you have to kill every monster in every area. Don't skip any. Keep fighting until you get the 'But nobody came.' message in each area. It's brutal but necessary for this ending.
It's basically a monster massacre. Slash and burn your way through the Underground until there's nothing left!
It's not easy and definitely not friendly, but clearing out every single monster and showing no mercy will get you that True Genocide ending!
I've done it! You need to kill every monster in each zone until you get the 'But nobody came.' message. That includes bosses and side characters. Just. Keep. Slaying.
