To get Titanium Bars in Terraria, you first need to smash Altars using a Pwnhammer or higher-tier hammer in a world where Titanium is the chosen hardmode ore. Smashing these Altars spawns hardmode ores throughout the world. After smashing some Altars, go mining in the Cavern layer to find Titanium Ore. You'll need an Adamantite or Titanium Forge to smelt the ore into bars. Each bar requires five ores.

Actually, Titanium is overrated. Why not stick to Adamantite? It's basically everywhere.

Gotta beat those Altars with a Pwnhammer first. Then, mine the ore in the Caverns. Titanium Forge turns ore into bars, EZ.
