To reach the higher ground in Animal Crossing, you'll need a ladder! You get the DIY recipe for a ladder as you progress through the game. Specifically, it happens when Tom Nook asks you to help set up new villager homes. Once you have the recipe, just gather the needed wood types to craft it. After that, you can climb up and explore to your heart's content!

Just use a ladder, dude. Craft it after Tom Nook gives you the DIY recipe. Easy peasy.

Ladders are overrated. I just terraformed my island to have ramps everywhere. Takes more time, but who needs a ladder when you've got style?

Vaulting pole for crossing rivers and a ladder for those pesky cliffs. Gotta advance a bit in the game to unlock them, but it's totally worth it. Exploring every nook and cranny of your island feels awesome!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
