How do you get to the Simulacrum in Warframe?
Go to any Relay and head to Cephalon Simaris' area. Finish the Sanctuary quest, and you're good to go!

Simulacrum access? Just visit a Relay, find Cephalon Simaris, and do the Sanctuary Onslaught quest. Easy peasy!
To access the Simulacrum, you first need to visit Cephalon Simaris at any Relay (just look for the big floating blue guy). Complete his initial Sanctuary quest, and then you can enter the Simulacrum from his room anytime!
Honestly, just reach MR 5, head to a Relay, and yap with Cephalon Simaris. Quest completed? Boom, Simulacrum unlocked.
