You can try requesting a trade by going to the Ballplayer menu, selecting My Player, and then choosing the option to request a trade. It's not guaranteed though, so good luck!

Trade requests are more successful if your player has high overall stats, so keep grinding and building up those numbers.
Play well and improve your attributes! Teams are more likely to trade for players who are performing well.
You can't really force a trade in MLB The Show 23. Sometimes, you just have to wait until the game decides to move you.
