Honestly, farming Waterleaf is a waste of time. Just explore the desert, you'll find plenty.

Pro tip: Waterleaf blooms during rain or when submerged in water, making it easier to spot and harvest. This is the best time to collect them and increase your stash quickly.

Waterleaf seeds can be found in the Desert biome, my friend. Just wait for a rainy day in-game or make sure you're standing in water when you pick them. They also grow naturally in sand, so keep your eyes peeled when you're desert exploring. Once you've got those seeds, plant them on Sand Blocks and wait for them to grow. Patience is key!
