To get your Sim pregnant in The Sims FreePlay, you need to build the Maternity Store, then complete the 'A Bump-y Ride Quest'. After that, your adult female Sim can use the 'Baby' option in the crib once she's married!

I went through the 'A Bump-y Ride Quest' with my Sims and it was super straightforward. Just follow the quest instructions and you're good to go!

Just finish the 'A Bump-y Ride Quest' and purchase some maternity furniture. Then, select the crib and tap 'Baby'. Boom, pregnant Sim!

Make sure you've completed the Maternity Store quest, then just have your Sim use a crib. Easy peasy!

If you're a The Sims Freeplay player looking for extra Simoleons or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in The Sims Freeplay essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
