Giving birth in Fallout Shelter is pretty straightforward. First, you gotta make sure you have a male and a female Dweller in the living quarters. Give them some time, and soon enough, you'll see hearts floating above their heads, showing they've hit it off. After that, the female Dweller will become pregnant. The real wait begins now; she'll walk around the vault being pregnant for a few hours. Once the time passes, she'll give birth, and you'll have a new baby Dweller to take care of in your vault!
