You need to be a group admin. Go to your group, click 'Configure Group', then 'Payouts', select 'One-time payout' or 'Recurring payout', and type in the username and amount of Robux.

First, make sure the group has enough funds. Then go to the group settings, click 'Payouts', enter the user's name, and give them the Robux!

Being in a group with no funds means no Robux for anyone. Fill the group's funds first, then use the 'Group Payouts' option!
