Growing bamboo in Animal Crossing is pretty simple! First, you gotta get yourself some bamboo shoots. These can be found by visiting Mystery Islands using a Nook Miles ticket. Once you've got your hands on some shoots, just plant them in the ground like any other tree, but make sure you give them some space because they need room to spread out. Remember, bamboo only grows on grass or dirt, so no beachside bamboo groves!

Quick tip: Don't bother planting bamboo on the beach; it won't grow. Stick to the green areas on your island!

Just dig a hole, plop in your bamboo shoot, and voila! You've got yourself the start of a bamboo forest. Keep in mind, bamboo takes about 3 days to fully grow. Watering isn't necessary, but feelin' like a good gardener? Go ahead and sprinkle some love!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
