How do you hide likes on Facebook?
Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Reaction Preferences. Here, you can toggle to hide the number of reactions on your posts.

Settings > Reaction Preferences > Hide the number of reactions. Easy peasy!
Just head to Settings, select Reaction Preferences, and you can hide the like counts on posts from others and yourself.
Reaction Preferences in the Settings menu, then toggle the hide option. Did this last week, and it works like a charm!
