You just have to insert the game disc, go to 'My Games,' highlight the game, press 'X' for game details, and then select 'Install.'
Why bother installing? Just play straight from the disc! (But yeah, you can install from the 'My Games' section).
Been there, done that! Just shove the game disc in, then go to your dashboard, find the game, hit 'X,' and voilà—installation begins!
