How do you kick out a resident in Animal Crossing?

Oh, the diplomacy of villager relocation! The most straightforward method is simply ignoring them. Avoid talking to them, don't fulfill their requests, and they should get a hint and think about moving out. Another way, albeit a bit more interaction-heavy, involves talking to all your other villagers regularly but still giving the cold shoulder to the one you want to leave. Sometimes, they'll start showing a thought bubble over their head signaling they're considering a move. When you see this, engage with them, and you might be able to encourage their departure. Remember, patience is key!

Honestly, just wait. All residents eventually consider moving out; it's part of the game's charm and realism. Plus, isn't it a bit harsh trying to force them out?

lol just time travel. I skipped like 15 days ahead once and bam, they wanted out. Not the most ethical way but works.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
