Ugh, this guy. You just have to keep chasing him until he stops, then charge and flame. Persistence is key!
First, you need to chase him down as he runs through the level. Keep up and dodge his attacks until you reach the end where he will be on a platform. Then, wait for him to lower his guard and charge at him to finally defeat him!
Chase Gnasty Gnorc around the level, collect the keys, and then flame him when he finally stops. It takes patience but is oh-so-satisfying!
Honestly, just run fast and don't give up. You'll get him eventually!
