Hot take: There's no killing Wolverine. Period.
Theoretically, you could remove his healing factor with some crazy sci-fi device. Otherwise, he's pretty much un-killable.
First-hand experience here: As someone who's read every comic, your best bet is to use a powerful Adamantium weapon and go for his head. Even then, he might come back!
