How do you leave Rec Room in Quest?

I remember the first time I tried to leave a game in Rec Room, ended up wandering around for like 10 minutes, lol. Finally figured out you just use the menu button on your controller, go to 'This Room' > 'Go to...' and bam, you're out. Or just quit the app from the Oculus home if you're done playing. Simplicity is key!

Leaving Rec Room in Quest is super easy! All you gotta do is press the 'Start' button on your controller to open the menu, then look for the 'This Room' tab. There, you'll see an option that says 'Go to...' which lets you select 'Rec Center' or 'Dorm Room' to exit the current game. If you wanna quit the app entirely, just hit the Oculus button on your controller, then select 'Quit' from the menu. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
