Just gather more copies of that Arcane and head to your Foundry to fuse them. Easy peasy.

Farm Eidolons for Arcanes and then upgrade them in your Foundry. It's grindy but worth the buffs!

As someone who's done this a few times, get those Arcanes from Eidolon hunts or Scarlet Spear, then combine 'em at the Foundry. So satisfying to watch those levels go up!

To level up an Arcane in Warframe, you'll need multiple copies of the same Arcane. Go to your Foundry, and select the Arcane to combine them and rank up!

Honestly, leveling Arcanes just means you have to get more of the same Arcane and fuse them in the Foundry. Grind it out!
