You just need to keep using someone with the Computers skill. Set them to work on tech projects, like upgrading your Command Center or installing mods. Practice makes perfect, even in the zombie apocalypse!

Simple. Get a survivor with the Computers skill and keep them busy on techy tasks. They鈥檒l level up over time.
Find a survivor with the Computers skill or train one using a Skill Book. Then assign them to upgrade your base's tech or learn through working on computers.
You really just have to use the right person and have them do the right jobs. Assign tech tasks and you'll see progress fast!
