Open Instagram on your phone, go to your profile, tap the three lines, select 'Settings', then 'Security', and finally 'Login Activity'. Here you can see all the devices logged in. Tap the three dots next to each and select 'Log Out'.
Just change your password. It'll log you out of all devices automatically. Quick and effective!
From my experience, the easiest way is to change your password. Go to 'Settings', 'Security', then 'Password'. This will automatically log you out of all devices.
