You can't. Once deleted, those messages are gone unless you had a backup elsewhere.

Well, once you've deleted a message on Facebook, it's pretty much gone forever. But, you can try checking your email notifications or message requests if you're lucky!
Been there! Once I thought my messages were lost, but found some conversations in the 'archived messages' section. So, might be worth a shot.
If you've been archiving your messages, you might still have them in the archived chats. Check there before losing hope!
