Oh, the Dye Vat! That magical pot for all your color needs. It's pretty simple, actually. You gotta get yourself to the Dye Trader NPC first. Once you've convinced them to move into your world by having a dye ingredient or Strange Plant, you can buy the Dye Vat from them for 5 gold coins. No crafting required, just some good ol' fashioned shopping!

Just buy it from the Dye Trader, mate. 5 gold. Easy.

I remember when I first tried to craft a Dye Vat thinking it was some complex process. Turns out, all I had to do was wait for the Dye Trader NPC to show up and buy it off him for a few gold coins. Felt silly afterwards, but hey, you live and you learn!

Why bother with a dye vat when capes exist? Just kidding, but seriously, buy it from the Dye Trader for 5 gold.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
