Creating a group chat on Instagram is super easy! Just go to your Direct Messages (the paper plane icon), tap the pencil icon in the top right corner, select multiple friends, and hit 'Chat.' Voila, you're in group chat heaven!
From my experience, just hit the 'paper plane' at the top of your feed, then the plus sign to add people. Simple as that!
