Just stack a couple of white concrete blocks and throw in a button. Easy toilet!
You can use a quartz block for the base and a white banner for the backrest. For extra style points, place a lever on the side to act as a flush handle.
In my experience, a cauldron with water and a wooden trapdoor on top does the trick. It's basic but functional and looks pretty legit!
