In my experience, twins happen during the Pregnancy Event when you complete all tasks perfectly. Patience and perseverance are key!

Honestly, making twins in Sims FreePlay is mostly down to luck. You can try the Pregnancy Event, but it鈥檚 not guaranteed.

To have twins in The Sims FreePlay, your best shot is to use the Pregnancy Event. Simply have your Sim complete all the pregnancy tasks, and there's a random chance you'll end up with twins. Good luck!
