Focus on boosting the relationship bar by spending time together, complimenting them, and giving gifts. Once it's high enough, you'll see the option to propose or be proposed to.
In BitLife, you can marry someone on your team by interacting with them through the Relationship tab until they're head over heels for you! Keep giving them attention, and eventually, you'll get the proposal option.
Honestly, you can't marry the BitLife development team, LOL. But in-game, shower your partner with love and attention until they say yes!
