How do you mass delete posts on Facebook?

Use the Facebook mobile app or web version to access 'Activity Log,' then filter and batch delete old posts from there. Worked like a charm for me!

Go to your profile, click on 'Manage Posts,' select the posts you want to delete, and hit the trash icon. Easy peasy!
