You can mix hairs by going to the Avatar Editor, selecting 'Advanced' at the bottom, and entering multiple hair IDs. Experiment with different combos!
You can't really mix hairs well on mobile. Stick to PC for the best results!
Mix hairs by equipping one, then copying and pasting the Hair Asset IDs from others into the 'Advanced' section of your Avatar Editor.
Personally, I've mixed hairs by using the Advanced settings in the Avatar Editor. Just get some Hair Asset IDs and combine away for a unique look!
