Get to your Navigation console, pick a Void Fissure mission with 'Lith' in the name, and then complete it while collecting 10 reactant. The relic opens at the end. Simple as that!

What you gotta do is find a Void Fissure mission on your star map. Choose one with a Lith classification. Run the mission, gather 10 reactant, and the relic will open at the end. Pro tip: bring a frame that can handle hordes of enemies easily, like Saryn or Mesa.

Just run a Lith void fissure mission and collect 10 reactant. It鈥檚 not rocket science.
